Happy Friday, friends! After a few crazy weeks, my weeks aren’t getting any less crazy…but I’m managing my time and priorities a bit better. I planned ahead for Meatless Friday, and asked Amanda from Erring On The Side of Love to share a recipe with us. Someday, I really do hope to meet Amanda in person.
