Embrace the Ordinary vol. 10

It’s that time again. Time to reflect back and see the beauty in the little things, see God’s hand in our every day moments, see that the ordinariness of our lives is exactly where God wants us to be right now. Embrace that ordinary.

The ordinary in my days right now look something like this: sit down at the computer to finish this post and the baby runs around, climbs chairs, climbs onto the table, raids the pantry, snatches his brother’s recorder and starts using it, finds mischief around every corner. He is what I imagine Fred and George Weasley to be as toddlers–wild, adorable, funny, curious, and so fast that it’s hard to keep ahead of them.

That being the case, I have only this photo to add, because other things (such as another grocery trip–these kids just keep eating!) are more pressing than a cleverly crafted blog post.Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset

Grinding coffee beans at 10pm, because it’s nice to have it ready to brew in the morning. Fence drinks coffee almost every morning, I do a few times a week.
